Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: If you place your order before 3:00 pm Eastern Time it will ship out that day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time will ship out the next business day.

A: We use the U.S. Postal Service for shipping.

A: Our shipping facility is located in southwestern Missouri.
Q: How do I create an account?
A: An account is automatically created for you when you check out.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Login to your account using the password that was emailed to your account setup. Click the "Your account" button located at the top of the page. Click the "Edit" tab. Enter and verify the password you would like to use, then click submit.
Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. We use SSL encryption technology that works with most internet browsers in order to ensure that only Authorize.net (payment gateway) can read a customer's personal information.
